`data.trigger`	The keyword or phrase that triggers this reply
`data.match_criteria`	`"exact match"` or `"contains"`
`data.metadata`	JSON string — contains `type` (`text`, `image`, `audio`) and response content
`data.created_at`	ISO 8601 creation timestamp

metadata is a JSON-encoded string, not a nested object. Parse it with JSON.parse() in your handler.
